I'm a UK based marketing professional with a passion for WWII military history, natural history and travel. As a child I was raised around historic weapons and firearms, as my Father was something of a collector, and ex-British Army, so I guess it kinda stuck. In the summer months you'll often find me in a muddy field surrounded by WWII tanks and military vehicles, being buzzed by RAF Spitfires, Hurricanes, Mustangs, etc. I run a WW2 history website, blog and YouTube channel called The War Years. I'm also very fond of a pint or two of the black stuff - you've gotta love Guinness!
