Yes I am a woman posting on Gentlemint. My husband, Paul does all the BBQs (and the dishes). He hasn't anytime to be on the computer so we decided that I would share our fabulous dishes. We have managed many areas of a catering business and love to create healthy (and sometimes not) foods and growing our own. Hope you love good eats, health and keeping nourished and strong!
