I am a lover of fine cigars, pursuer of dreams, committed to changing my life & my health for the better! I am also very lucky to have several AMAZING friends!

I am also Co-President of Meetup 2.0, a group of social media users, novices and professionals that meet regularly meet to discuss how social media is used in our daily lives and businesses.

it is my honor to serve on the Board of Trust House. Trust House is a transitional homeless shelter in Roanoke that serves Veterans, families and individuals.

I grew up West Virginia, which means I am a Mountaineer Fan!! I am also a long suffering, but ever hopeful Redskins Fan!

I am blessed to be able to spend each day working in marketing, social media and helping to connect people.
