Watson is only one woman. I'm sure you may feel she represents women, though.

have always been a fan of Holmes and Watson, in all the incarnations. It was hard to let go of Basil until Robert Downey came onto the scene of the crime.

Of all the interpretations of Holmes, this one is the absolute worst. I watched the first episode, I'm done. The Holmes in the CBS show is a drug addict with a live-in psychiatrist/counselor who stumbles into the solution almost by accident. It's just awful.
The BBC reboot is much better.

In my humble opinion, Jeremy Brett will always be the greatest Sherlock Holmes. This latest reincarnation is interesting with the introduction of a female Watson. The first episode did not blow me away but the 2nd & 3rd were very entertaining. I like Johnny Lee Miller as Holmes and Lucy Liu is as gorgeous as ever. I am eager to see where their relationship goes later in the season. The recovering drug addict Holmes is a new twist. I will continue to watch.

Wasn't a fan after the first episode, but the latest one was pretty good. It's a bit like athlete's foot, It grows on you, and it's an itch you just have to scratch.

Why bother with this horrible interpretation of Holmes, when the BBC's "Sherlock" is so brilliant?
