Yeah I roast. Have for years. Although I need to get a new roaster. I have a popcorn roaster that I don't like very much, and an iroast that I love, but my lid just broke:( what do you roast with?
@Robochess: I used to roast with a popcorn popper as well, but it was an old air popper, and it couldn't ever seem to get hot enough to roast the beans properly. I did enjoy the process though.
I should also add: For me, the process is the best part... knowing how to do something from scratch is immensely satisfying. Cooking, roasting, brewing beer, etc.
