Pin it! Snelson Stool, created by Sam Weller, is named after Kenneth Snelson, whose sculpture, the Needle Tower II, inspired Weller when he saw it in the Netherlands. It is a three-legged stool that uses string under tension to hold together the elements, which manage not to touch each other.
