Cheer on the Boston Celtics as they gear up for the new NBA season with pre-season games against the Brooklyn Nets and Philadelphia 76ers. Long-time Celtics fan favorites Paul Pierce, Rajon Rondo and Kevin Garnett are joined by a new group of players on Coach Doc Rivers' team. The biggest additions include a pair of guards from Texas: high-scoring Jason Terry joins the team after eight seasons with the Dallas Mavericks, and ex-Houston Rockets guard Courtney Lee brings his outside shooting and defensive tenacity to Boston. They face off against the Nets, beginning their first season in Brooklyn with new arrival Joe Johnson joining Deron Williams and Brook Lopez, as well as the Sixers, who added ex-Lakers center Andrew Bynum to a roster packed with young backcourt talent.
