Amazing how devastating this can be,yes it's is bad in the states but controllable, else where it decimates populations.

yeah third world countries have a terrible time with it... infecting upwards of 20,000 and killing hundreds. Doctors without Borders does some great work treating and helping prevent the spread of cholera.
