The unfortunate reality is that many people are ignorant and blind. Cycling has had the most stringent drug policies for years, no other sport tests their athletes as much as the sport of cycling, but uninformed idiots see a cyclist get caught and suddenly the cyclist are the most heinous druggies ever to participate in a pro sport. Armstrong is the most tested athlete ever! Tested positive 1 time, but had a dr note that was accepted, this is an illegal unwarranted witch hunt.

I'm with Lance on this one when he says it's a witch hunt. The USADA is on a personal vendetta against him for reasons unknown to anyone but themselves. Hopefully in time this will be corrected.

If they'd caught him they'd have banned him at the time. I can't see how a decade on they're in a position to really prove anything.
It's probably also connected to wanting to keep him away from triathlon where he had started out well.

The saddest part is that this sport, in general, has been forever tarnished because of the numerous and repetitive counts of doping. Nobody thinks of cycling without mentioning doping.

It's sad really. If he was guilty they should have charged him then... he did pass 100's of tests... more than anyone else. Also, his first tour win was right after his battle with cancer.. I don't even care if he did dope

Armstrong has become weary of fighting these baseless allegations and just wants to get on with his life. No worries Mr Armstrong, you will always remain the "greatest American Cyclist" ever, bar none
