Agree. My heart goes out to the Fisher family. Sadly, I am not surprised by Progressive's actions. I hope they lose the majority of their customers. The good news, if there is any, is the backlash against Progressive is growing and will probably get much worse. Their PR dept is doing a horrible job of handling this situation which will severely damage the "Flo" brand they have spent millions building.

Fuck Progressive. If I still had a policy with them, I would drop them today.
