90% of recluse bites don't do anything, it's that 10% that I worry about.

I'm a clinician in the E.R. and I have patients coming in all the time with "spider bite". Nearly every time, it's simply a skin abscess. They don't realize just how bad and how fast a true spider bite can get. Nice post.
