I disagree. I watched this interview this weekend. I thought it was a very good debate, but in no way did he "crush" Chris Hayes. He had no answers for Hayes, and kept repeating talking points for his rebuttals.
Then you and I disagree. Chris Hayes, the same guy who feels "uncomfortable" calling our fallen military men and women heroes, couldn't handle what was being thrown at him so he did nothing but deflect.
I have to agree with AugustWest here in no way was this a smack down. Chris Hayes brought up good solid points and the WSJ economist said the same thing over and over. In my opinion the title should be "WSJ Economist has no case against Chris Hayes".
Agreed - he was smacked with simple truths. Chris Hayes became flustered with Mr. Moore. Besides, how hard is the concept of voluntarily paying more taxes if you're so inclined?
Does Chris not understand Mr Moore's point? The fact that liberals talk about wanting to pay more taxes and don't after saying that paying more taxes will get rid of the deficit? Typical liberal idiocy. How can anyone expect them to actually DO something? They're just the people who make up all these spectacular ideas, they shouldn't have to actually act on them right?
