Pin it! I am glad this new health care is not a tax, imagine the power the IRS would have if it were a tax. Wow, the IRS is already burdened with an unimaginable amount of rules and regulation, now to add this on to the load. Maybe a few glitches come rollout but if any government branch can pull this of, I guess it would be the IRS.
