Someday people will get wise to the fact that Apple is a marketing company, not an innovation company. Their products are not necessarily better than any other product out there, but people sure think they need it like oxygen in the air. I refuse to be an Apple, Microsoft, Android, etc. fan-boy. It helps me make my decision without the restraints of tunnel vision.

Because they are protecting their brand and their revenue. And they can get away with it because we're all so addicted t their cool stuff
