I actually did this back about 10 years ago in the summer between 9th and 10th grade. It isnt too terribly difficult, but it does take patience and making sure that you how to get the necessary angles to make everything fit nicely, a lot of trial and error with a belt sander to get it the cuts just right. I am still proud I built this thing though and was worth the countless hours it took to build.
