I've been watching a lot of Mad Men lately, I feel like I should know how to make this.

I felt the same way after a season of Mad Men, went to a bar that specialized in classic cocktails - ended up having 9 of these! Knocked me on my tail but man where they good!

One of the best Old Fashioneds I have ever had was at the Chandelier Bar at the Cosmopolitan Of Las Vegas. Instead of garnishing it with an orange, the bartender took a muddler to it and poured the drink over it. It is was an interesting twist on a classic.
