Just wait. Someday soon you'll have to jailbreak your macbook to install apps you didn't purchase via iTunes.

I don't think I like this. My mid2010 macbook heats up to ungodly levels with Lion.
Apple has begun knowingly selling shit, and I am starting to resent them more and more every day.
Suffice to say, my next laptop won't be a Mac.
