Selecting a telephone headset for your Cisco IP or Avaya IP desk phone require certain specifications. Depending on the model of your VoIP desk phone will ultimately decide which telephone headset is compatible. Through my experience I find that there are only two manufactures that design telephone headsets for Cisco and Avaya phones.
