Love those. I have a Performer, which is that, with a propane lighter. You'll love the results. Charcoal = the best.

It's all about the hardwood lump charcoal, slow cooked babyback ribs, seared steaks, smokey chiken, roasted peppers. It's all great! I learned how to use one of these in Memphis, where they know how to grill.
