Seriously, that foil must be applied with one of the more powerful adhesives known to man.

I usually pull from the vertical edge and unwrap around the bottle.
The local Mexican restaurant just pops the cap off without removing the gold. I hate that.
I think it is the same wrapper as ROLO candy.
