I had never heard of hunger games until like a month ago. When someone explained the concept to me I thought that sounds exactly like a movie I watched five years ago. Thanks for making the Battle Royale connection

Battle Royale was also the first thing I thought of. Hollywood is completely incapable of doing anything original at the moment.
