This is one of the things I miss about Chicago. Deep. Dish. Pizza. Yes, you'll wait 45 minutes for it at the restaurant but if it is Lou Malnati's or Giordano's, its totally worth it. BTW, I used to work a few blocks away from Art of Pizza and would hit it for lunch. They have a bunch of slices ready to go. Good stuff also.
