"Millenials" didn't kill mayonnaise just like we didn't kill Applebee's or the Diamond industry. This article is about one persons experience with some people that don't like mayonnaise. It is just that the people who don't like it in this article are "millenials". I really love that she quotes buzzfeed like it is an actual source that should be used as evidence in her case. And just like everything else it is a grand generalization and this person's opinion which they are entitled to.

I just enjoyed a BLT this afternoon. With tomatoes from our garden and a good dollop of Helmann's on each slice of toast. Funny to read this then, this evening.

I too associate mayonnaise with summers and BLT's. Nothing better, in my opinion.

Ok, there might be something better. A couple of years ago I discovered the BELT, or a Bacon, Egg, Lettuce, Tomato sandwich and I think I might like it better than the traditional. That said, I still put mayo on both.

I, for one, believe mayo's best days are in front of it. My children can't get enough and slather it on everything. Plus: Sriracha Mayo! It's fantastic.
