Be careful what you tattoo. Those words are legally binding.
So if a person tattoos "Kiss my a$$" on their arm, and then someone follows through with the order, does this mean that the tattood individual can't press charges for sexual assault? LOL

And the NOT is even underlined...I fail to see a debate here unless there is an assertion he was tattooed with the phrase against his own free will.

I think it would have been more crystal clear if he'd had a notary oversee and sign the tattoo as well.

That's an idea. A Notary Tatooist, or Tatooist Notary Public, either way, I'm sure there is already one in Portland.

Which is why you'd better be damned careful about what you ink on your body.
Plus, many tattoo parlors are now not allowing clients to get tattooed if they appear drunk or on drugs. The place I used had a waiting policy. $50 non-refundable deposit and come back in a week. They have more business than when they did just anybody coming in off the street.
