Ah..yeah..nope. No way unless some of those materials were donated. I have build many chicken coops, tree house, sheds that cost over $700. That foundation/deck alone costs a few hundred. That solar panel? Sorry to call BS on it but I am tired of seeing click bait articles like this.

Yeah, you're right the $700 price tag is an annoying click baity title and I should have changed it. They even say in the article that the price is so cheap because they used boards and roofing and windows they "already had lying around". I just posted it because I liked the design and wanted to remember it for future reference basically. In any case a fair point on click bait title fatigue for sure.
