I've yet to read a L'Amour, but I may have to now.

My father had an extensive collection of L'Amour paperbacks and I read every one of them in a single year. At one point, I felt like I knew his fictional Sackett family as well as my own. They are short, well-written and captivating. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Agreed. I really loved his books when I was younger and still read them occasionally!
