I'll admit it: I am hooked on seltzer water. It has become a replacement for pop and sometimes beer, and I'll use it as a non-sugar substitute for mojitos.

Looks like I should probably just drink more water. Sigh.

    Everything that you enjoy is bad for you. But in the end, everyone dies. Stop worrying and drink whatever you want to.
