    Im not sure why this person assumes i believe anything i read on the internet? He provides no sources and no actual data? I never made any assumptions.

      Meant to say:

      I believe what i believe not bc im unwilling to believe anything different. I believe what i believe BECAUSE ive processed and chewed on those beliefs for years. The most cherished arent built on garbage, theyre built on years of experience.

      I think this author forgets about the concept of detachment. You know what, if people disagree with you - oh well. Walk away, live your life, and enjoy the fact you live in a free country.

      Im far more afraid of this growing sentiment that people must be for ed to believe what they deem "factual" or "true".

        I'm with ya. I took it as he was trying to poke at the millions of people who are so apt to believe anything they see or hear on the Internet, or from someone they trust. I also think he was poking fun at those folks who are not open to anything outside of what they believe is right (aka, UC Berkley students) and are willing to resort to anger to prove their belief is the only one everybody should embrace.
