I usually hate politics but this has been really blown out of proportion. Money quote:
Patrick Leahy: “Have you been in contact with anyone connected to any part of the Russian government about the 2016 election, either before or after election day?”
Sessions: “No.”
He truthfully answered the question he was asked. Go after him for something truly horrible he's done, don't make up "fake news".

So much to say... I'll just skip most of it to say that I almost miss the last 8 years when my government didn't seem to do anything negative that was deemed news worthy. Almost.
