Sears Sells Craftsman Brand, to Close 150 Stores

Thankfully the Craftsman Brand, now owned by Black & Decker, will still honor the lifetime warranty and will still be made in the U.S.

Sears is going down. That is inevitable. I have Craftsman tools that belonged to my father. I hope B&D keeps the Craftsman quality up to par.

Don't like this obviously but at least Black and Decker purchased it and it will still have some of the characteristics that Craftsman stood for. Still sad.
