This is unbelievable, and I can't imagine the Herculean task it took to compile all of these. Wow.

I thought the same thing. A friend and I started a Google map for famous BBQ joints around the country and it took a couple of hours just to place about 150. I can't imagine trying to create 50,000 let alone adding pictures and other info.
