Apparently this guy has always wanted to go to the Rose Bowl. This year, his favorite team Penn State is playing and his wife surprises him with tickets. There's nothing quite like seeing someone get exactly what they want for Christmas. Also, apparently James Franklin (Penn State head coach) saw this and called this guy up to tell him he was glad he could come.
