ok, has it come to this? i'm afraid so. i'm now advocating licensing for beards. you'd have to apply to be issued a permit to grow one. this "dude' would be denied on multiple grounds and the integrity and manliness of beardliness would be thereby protected against this kind of egregious affront.
ha! scott, that's hilarious. although peter and my motivations are at odds, it just goes to show once again how rare an original thought is. man, this would have lost me big money in a bar bet.
