The problem with choosing the lesser of two evils is that you are still choosing evil.

I plan to turn off my TV and sit on the back patio with my wife whilst listening to great music and sipping on a cold barley pop.

I like this strategy. I'm sure you'll figure out the election results at some point.

I don't know about the rest of you, but as I've heard people around me lament the election and how negative and pervasive things are, I am actually enjoying things very much. I could careless about the negativity in the election, I choose not to participate (be negative) and it doesn't bother me.
What I am enjoying is these last few days, now hours, of an uncertaint future. We still have an unknown leader/future and that could turn out to be something great. I can enjoy the bliss of not knowing what calamities lie ahead. As soon as a president is elected, I will have to start thinking about how badly this person will do in their new job and things will get negative. So I'm enjoying the devil I know (current White House occupant) over the Devils I don't know.
But I like Razorback's plan for the evening. Our family is going go out, support some local businesses, and spend quality time together, politics be damned!
