A print of this painting hangs over my bed. It reminds me of the few simple things I need to be content. A place to sleep, a roof over my head, a window to look out of, pictures to appreciate, a place to wash my face and shave, a chair to share with a friend, enough clothes to have some to hang. Luxury compared to some.
