For the KC Gents. I took this picture in Kansas City yesterday. It was on the access road to the City Airport (not KCI/MCI). Is this really a problem in in KC? Are there roving gangs of Roller Skaters terrorizing the city? O.o

I have yet to see this sign...or the roller skaters. I bet there is an interesting story behind it though.

As usual, you've hit the nail on the head. I imagine there was a blight of Roller Boogie back in the early '80s, and this is a knee jerk reaction to it.

Maybe they need more celebrity endorsements to help make it legal again. You know, a fundraiser like they did on CHiPs back in 1979.
