The correct way to peel a banana
Posted by trigjoh from www.businessinsider.com
A friend described this to me a few years ago. The real bonus is that you get to excise the 'ban-anus' from your banana straight away; you know the small black piece at the end of a banana that you always crunch down on, ruining the whole banana experience. Or is that just me? (BTW just goodled 'anatomy of a banana & (a) that piece seems to have no name & (b) I should have known better than to scroll too far thru the result set. deleting browser history now

Haha, your description text is a cautionary tale in it's own right. I've been peeling my bananas this way for years, and I can recommend it.
