Sometimes you read about promising drugs for terrible medical conditions and they are over hyped while they under deliver in real world scenarios. This seems to be a legitimate medical advance in Alzheimer's treatment as it was backed up by a large phase III trial. It's good to see treatment advancing for something as debilitating and emotionally painful as Alzheimer's.
