I don't know which is worse, the fact that the President wanted someone on call 24/7 to cut what remaining hair he has or the fact that he is so out of touch with reality that he had no idea what the man was being paid.

How much would it take to keep your life on standby to go wave some scissors and a comb at some vain individuals balding head at a moments notice?
