A plant that appears as meat. Why does this bring to mind Caitlyn Jenner, a man, who neither looks like a woman, sizzles like a woman or bleeds like a woman.
It's nice to see that some science experiments are successful.
While I would be willing to try it, I highly doubt I would ever consume this regularly. Pretty sure my DNA traces back to T-Rex so meat will always be preferred by me. But this would be a good substitute for those who can't/won't eat meat.

When you remove all that extra crap, what does the product taste like by itself? Don't put a carrot in a bun and tell me it's a bratwurst.
Another problem spotted is:
"Impossible's plant burger is still more expensive to produce than beef patties."
It cost more to make this concoction than to raise beef to market, slaughter it, process it, ship and package it and all of the labor and overhead costs down this entire product stream.
If this last statement were to come true, it would not be a world I want to live in, though to be honest, at 90 years old, it would not be for long.
""If people are going to be eating burgers in 50 years, they're not going to be made from cows," said Brown. "We're saving the burger."
