This guy could have made big time $$$ from his catch but got busted for not buying an $10.50 fishing license. What a waste.

Serves him right, people want to take advantage of resources but don't want to contribute to those resources. Imagine how much more could be accomplished if we all paid our fair share. I hope he gets the maximum penalty available.
