When I think about wanting to be really fit, I want to be Batman fit. In my mind, Batman and all heroes probably do Parkour. Have you seen many of these videos? Some of the stunts are silly. Others inspire.

I love watching Parkour and try to recall my youth when I thought I could do such feats of awesome.
