Banning assault weapons won’t stop mass shootings.
It won't save lives.
It won't stop terrorist.
But, it will make Democrats, Liberals, & Socialist feel a lot better about themselves, and for those groups, that is what it's all about!

I am concerned that it will make us feel like we've done something to curb violence while we never get around to the root cause.

We don't know because the politicians only ever get to "Ban Assault Weapons!!!" and "Protect The Second Amendment!!!!" while people die.
