My wife has started using a service called thredUP that allows her to sell some of her current clothing in exchange for store credit that she can then use to order new things. Her old things are then placed in their inventory to be sold to someone else. There are also now several "garage sale" types of apps (OfferUp, letgo, Wallapop, etc.) that allow you to sell clothing and other items to people in your geographic area. Might as well get a few bucks and let someone else where them for a while.
