That's completely jacked up, and only the latest reason I won't allow Apple software on my things.

Same here, "If the software/hardware company is powerful enough to give you everything you want, its strong enough to take everything you have."

Its happened to me. As someone that worked at Apple for years I understand the "I don't give a s**t" attitude by Apple. Fought against that attitude but always was defeated by big brother Apple.
