Interesting... we've yet to review the Devil's Backbone brewery on the podcast. We might have to now.

The craft brewing industry sounds a lot like the tech industry right now. Big companies buying up smaller companies and then giving them autonomy to do their thing. Smart move by the giant companies though and good for the craft brewers as well.
The problem is there hasn't been a craft brewery bought out yet whose product and culture hasn't suffered.
