In the 70s, when I was a wee lad, my parents bought me my first stereo. It was a Soundesign all-in-one unit that had an AM/FM radio tuner, turntable and an 8-track player (I don’t think cassettes had been invented yet). I was in heaven and it only fueled my already intense focus on music. To make it even better, the very first 8-track I owned was KISS Destroyer. That album changed my life.

I still have all of my original KISS albums. After they went disco on I Was Made for Lovin' You, I started to lose interest.
