I was reading a Rippetoe article on pressing and this clip was embedded. The clip itself is worth sharing. It's not even the heaviest weight cleaned and pressed that night but it's worth watching. Such a smooth, graceful movement and with weights heavy enough to crush most men in any lift.
I enjoyed the 0:49 mark where he celebrates; who says a big man can't move explosively! It's just a beautiful example of human accomplishment, even if the record doesn't even last till the end of that night.
