I work with a couple of guys who's motto is "the hoppier the better". I tend to disagree. Not a big super hoppy IPA fan. I like a nice British IPA every once in a while but I'm more of a hefeweizen and a stout man my self. Give me something unique and I'll try it but don't dump a ton of hops in it and call it good.

Never get the American love of a British beer intended for export to India. Old school IPAs were good, the new fashionable ones are bitter hop-water.

I agree, the original British type IPAs are good, but the modern grapefruit, pine tree flavored ones are ridiculous.
