So each year we make a Christmas pudding right after Thanksgiving and then store it for a year and eat it when making the next one. Depth of flavor is tremendous and remains moist. Not sure I can convince the wife to keep one around for 46 years though

only the Brits would think this pile of ____ would still taste good. After traveling to London many times, their food still.... :-P
